Return & Exchange Eligibility and Procedures

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be new, unworn, and undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, tags, accessories, and certificates.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and all customized or engraved products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping & Fees

  • All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons (such as a change in style, size, or preference):
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and A small restocking or handling fee may apply.
  • Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

Return Notice

  • Our return facility is located in New Jersey, USA.
  • Please do not send packages to the original shipping address, as they will be refused.
  • Always contact customercare@lumeraura.com to obtain the correct return address.
  • To ensure safe delivery, please avoid using sensitive words such as “jewelry” on shipping labels.
  • Lumer Aura is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect labeling or carrier handling.

 

Certificate Policy

  • Some jewelry pieces come with an authenticity certificate or gemstone grading report.
  • Please make sure to return the certificate together with the item.
  • If the certificate is missing or not returned, a replacement certificate fee will be deducted from your refund (the amount depends on the certificate type).

  • Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at customercare@lumeraura.com for assistance and detailed instructions.
    To help us process your request efficiently, please include:
  1. Your order number
  2. The name of the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. The reason for the return or exchange
  4. Clear photos of the product and its tag
  • Our team will respond within 24 hours and provide further guidance.
  • Lumer Aura reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Refunds, Exchanges & Final Sale Terms

Refunds

  • Once we receive and confirm that the returned item meets our conditions, we will issue a store credit or exchange within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available depending on product availability.
  • If there is a price difference, we will adjust the balance accordingly using store credit or additional payment.

Final Sale & Custom Orders

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns and exchanges. These items are sold at a special price and cannot be returned for store credit. Please review all product details and size information carefully before purchasing.
  • Custom-made items are also not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are crafted specifically for you.
