• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be new, unworn, and undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, tags, accessories, and certificates.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and all customized or engraved products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Please note: Approved returns are issued as Lumer Aura Store Credit (Gift Card), not to the original payment method.

• All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons (such as a change in style, size, or preference):
• A USD $6 restocking fee applies to each returned item.
• Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

• Our return facility is located in New Jersey, USA.
• Please do not send packages to the original shipping address, as they will be refused.
• Always contact customercare@lumeraura.com to obtain the correct return address.
• To ensure safe delivery, please avoid using sensitive words such as “jewelry” on shipping labels.
• Lumer Aura is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect labeling or carrier handling.

• Some jewelry pieces come with an authenticity certificate or gemstone grading report.
• Please make sure to return the certificate together with the item.
• If the certificate is missing or not returned, the replacement certificate fee will be deducted from the approved Store Credit amount.

At Lumer Aura, each piece is thoughtfully prepared with care once your order is placed.

If you wish to cancel your order, we kindly ask that you contact us within 2 hours of purchase at customercare@lumeraura.com, and our team will do our best to assist you.

Please note:

• A 5% processing fee will be applied to all cancellations to cover transaction and handling costs
• Once your order has entered the preparation stage, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify it
